zante/malia/napa?

Go Magaluf, would have such a better time and the inbetweeners movie was mainly actually filmed out there so the clubs you see and the strip is from maga...it cost us 550 for 2 weeks in the 2 most peak weeks of the season 29th-12th aug, if you booking for start of sep i remember prices being around 300 for a week inc flight accom and travel etc... fiesta jungla is a brilliant hotel place is mental where anything goes and booked with first choice 2wentys so everyone there was between like 18-24.

dont go to magaluf, its full of men - dont go to zante, a smaller, less busy malia

either ayia napa or malia mate, book with thomas cook and you'll be sorted. for a lads holiday at your age these are easily the best two places to go. Went to malia for 10 days this summer for £440

No they dont give a shit out there, to be honest im not exactly the oldest looking person and am only 18, never got id'd once not even for BCM which is one of the biggest clubs in europe, supermarkets etc and people on the strip encourage you to drink haha, i met quite a few people out there who were only 17 and they had no trouble either. We booked in jan and only one of us was 18 at the time and he went party leader and they was fine with it, i think they just need someone who is 18 for the hotel room etc.

I was expecting such a ****fest in maga but they are just preconceptions there were plenty of girls out there, its a quality place for seeing like top djs etc if your into music...zante is shit according to people who went ive heard pretty good things about malia though, although i dont think you can top what you get price wise in maga. Malia was a lot more expensive with first choice and that was where we wanted to go originally, and also like 35euro with unlimited free bar to see Tiesto/Calvin Harris/Guetta/DJ Sammy etc etc cant beat it price wise.

I agree on the music side of things, maga sounds fairly decent but realistically thats a minute factor when booking a lads holiday. ive heard a lot of stuff yeah, but the malia crowd was perfect, maga sounds a bit too northern/old for me!?

@rohan! we stayed at a place called sunshine studios, which is joint next to napoli apartments or something. nice size, 1 min walk from strip, next to the best pizza place in malia, and the bar is sick in the hotel, people who work there are sounds as fuck

@rohan! been both zante and malia. Zante is ten times better - malia = ****feast and is much smaller than zante. Zante = full of girls and sick clubs.

To be honest I was proper interested in going Malia but the prices in peak season just killed it for us. And yeah thats true, would you really recommend malia for next year though? Looking around already to try and sort something out cheap was it a really big atmosphere with a lot going on, or just like an average night out in a town lol? Yeah there were a lot of northerners and stuff to be fair

That's strange. EVERYONE I've spoke to who have been both say Zante is shit and nothing compared to malia. And for it being a ****fest, thats a lie, when I went this year it was easily 40:60 rate boys to girls ha.

But personally I would recommend malia, had the best 10 days of my life, such a surreal place. Atmosphere is insane, its not overly british. @LockdowN its not actually that expensive if you get the right deal, out there i spent like 500 euros in 10 days which is normal. Napa is by far the most expensive out of the 3

Tbh it doesn't really matter where you go, as long as you're with a good bunch of lads you'll have a good time. Just try find a decent deal for Zante, Malia or Napa. Go into Thomas Cook as they are pretty good at finding good deals in your price range. Or if there is only a few going you could look for deals online, but make sure its a legit website.

Zante was at least 70-30 girl ratio, but i did go at the start of summer met proper sound people over there went for 2 weeks best time of my life. In malia it was alright but just a small place in general with not very many clubs more bars, 2-4 proper clubs. Zantes strip is sick aboout a mile long with bars then when its gets to the middle and closer to the beach has about 10+ sick clubs and bars. Drinks were better in malia though, is a must to predrink from shops in zante.

^^ pretty much what he said. The strip in Zante is perfect and leads on to the beach. Drinks are pretty shit, so go to Aussie bar and pay 10 euros for free drinks.

I went to malia with my mates a couple of weeks ago and it was by far the best holiday ive been on.. the apartments were nicer than we expected (Sarpidon apartments) the people who owned it were really nice .. and the nightlife was immense.. the only downside to it was the drinks were 4euros at cheapest (with a free shot) so its not the cheapest of holidays whilst on a night out but it was still awesome!
We ended up buying a fishbowl deal everynight from a shop on the way to the strip which we used for pre-drinks as no-one goes out until like 12+ ..
I am looking to go again and stay in the same hotel/apartments next year if that helps as well

Savvas, was fairly decent, 2 min walk from strip. Can't remember how much we paid, was a package deal thing.

We always just go into Thomas Cook, as there is like 15/16 of us usually so its easier.

Might be going to that Mallorca Rocks hotel in Maga next year as its supposed to be similar to Ibiza Rocks, if not then fiesta jungla's supposed to be alright.

Don't go to malia, went there last year for my first holiday and never noticed how much of a **** fest (at least it was when I was there and the only good club is the candy club) it was until I went to zante a few weeks ago. Zante is 100x better. Malia's a nicer place but they're trying to turn it into some sort of family resort I heard + they're more hesitant to ban the booze cruise. Zante way more to do, way more better clubs, way more birds.

Booked with thomas cook twice I'm sure. Just go and ask for the cheapest deals. For us in glasgow, the prices were the same for both holidays, between £450-£500. Malia is kinda cheaper for spending money. Like in the better clubs (1) the drink prices are the same as the bars but zante's sometimes 5 euro a drink.

Zante - try fantasy apartments, think thats how you spell it, literally on insomnia and the middle of the strips door step but the apartment staff are a fkn joke. Nice apartments though.

Malia - danaides apartments, small place but so nice to stay for the 2 weeks, staff are *****s that wake you up though (when they find porn cards stuck to the ceiling but ah well) Went with loads form my school coz we finished and you all live right beside each other.

Went with a grand spending money for 2 weeks both places, should do you. Napa '12 where it's at though .

you want to stay at the 4 star hotel in the middle of the strip, so many girls, cant remember name of the hotel about 550 per person for 2 weeks. Zante all the way srs been both, malia seems shit compared to zante.
