Was better back in the day when there was a tight knit community. Now, I never get scrims against people I actually know......Suppose it's better profit wise but shit for us...almost everyone has quit now from back in 05/06
Back 05/06? The first XL LAN wasn't until 2006 which i can't remember even featuring CoD if i'm right? Before that i think it was the Tri Star Gaming LAN's which were hit hard when XL came to town. I think if we look back to 2005 and then move on 7 years its hard to find players who have managed to keep gaming at top of their own agenda. Looking around now i recognize quite a few names from those times, can only hope more of the old guard will re-kindle that love.

You just need to be patient. As Chris has already said in this thread, it's holding back EGL significantly and nobody wants to be in the current situation we are in. Its incredibly frustrating for everyone involved (including people who want a site to compete on again) , hopefully it should be sorted very soon however I can't make any guarantee's because I'm not the one doing the coding.
It is working. If its not then you need to flush your DNS or use a proxy to access the site until your DNS sorts itself out
