Just out of curiousity, can anyone help me with i should be eating/buying to gain weight while working out at home, as i literally don't have the money for the gym at the moment, i'm not looking for instant fast weight gain but just something that will put me in the right direction until i can re-buy my gym pass. Literally used to be a stocky shit, until i just got lazy and lost so much weight, 20 years of age weight nearly 11 stone, when i used to be 11 stone at 16.

Just some advice on what i should do at home while working out and what supplements/food would be nice.

how tall are you, just to get an idea of how skinny you are etc.
But stick to eating clean, such as:
chicken breasts (buy uncooked from tesco, saves alot of moeny to buying already cooked)
    eggs
    peanut butter
    cans of tuna
    wholemeal bagels
    fish

I have all these atleast once a day, and will have 250g of basmati rice aswell split between meals.
Just to give you an idea, there are obviously many more options available.

    Going through weight gain atm, was 10 st 8, 5 weeks on I'm 11 st 10 (6ft 2).
Most helpful thing for me was weighing myself once a week at the same time and writing my weight down, that way I wasn't putting my weight problem to the side, because each week I would either fail or succeed.
Try and set realistic targets for long and short term.
In terms of food I started out just eating anything in sight, then as I began to put weight on, started eating better foods.

I'm just about 6 ft, so pretty skinny considering i was much bigger when i was younger, so just basically stuff my face with all above? Just vary it out? What about preventing it turning into fat? Just basic work outs? Pushups situps etc?
