Would be sick if more US teams came to EGL. Would give the top EU teams like ApeX etc an idea of how well they perform against them instead of just blindly walking into top events like MLG. Good writeup

It will eventually happen. I can't see MLG holding on with just having Halo etc. Plus, Black Ops is coming out soon and they actually listen to competitive gamers so LAN lobbies will more or less be added in straight away. I wasn't talking specifically regarding MW3 I was talking in general for all games it would be good to have US teams come over to compete. However, unless they are looking for a rainy holiday, I don't see them wasting their time/money as the prize pot just isn't big enough for them (keep in mind £7,000 is around $3,000 and flights from New York to England are around £600 each)

£7000 is about 11000 dollars
