We brought you rumours last month that a team on behalf of Quantic Gaming would be attending EGL Blackpool. Today the first part of the puzzle has been placed as the organisation announce the formation of Team Quantic, made from the ashes of Team Leverage. Taking on board Patrick 'Aches' Price and Tyler 'TeePee' Polchow from LVG, they've looked no further than the former Quantic Next-TT-hreat squad as Sean 'Mutation' Ellis and Black 'Veng' Campbell complete the line up. With the team having a wealth of experience that includes MLG and CoDXP achievements, they will no doubt be one to watch out for. According to the website, Team Quantic will be the most interactive CoD team to date as the organisation follows the player's lives as they compete to the best team in the world. There is no official indication that they will be attending EGL, however we've been advised that it's still a possibility. We'll update you with any further announcements with regards to their potential attendance. Quantic posted this on their website regarding the new team; "We are proud to announce our plans to bring fans everywhere a new way to experience the pro-level Call of Duty scene. Instead of the tired, old, has-been, ultra-elitist Call of Duty pro-scene we have all unfortunately become accustomed to, we intend to deliver to our fans content that is for them, about them, and delivered through our players. We want to bring fans behind the curtains. Show the sacrifices and struggles that exist along the path to the top. What is it really like to be the best? How hard do players have to work? It’s time to get rid of the attitude and, instead of saying, “Yeah right kid, you’ll never be me,” start showing what it’s really like to be on a top tier pro-gaming team." If they did travel over i don't think they'd place top 6. ApeX.Pro beat them on 360 icons on NA host if i remember correctly.
Completely agree tbh, they're good don't get me wrong, but the quality of Eu teams are much greater than these.
