    Star function ftw.
    Staff instantly get 15 rep power. On other forums people have got that much rep they've got like 1.5k rep power. If they neg you your pretty much ****ed.

    Rep Power and Bars are different. I'm not sure how the rep power is calculated but you can click it and give people good or bad feedback and the bars is calculated by thanks 100 thanks = extra bar. I'm halfway till 3 bars lets go.

    Yeah my bad. I don't think thanking posts give +rep anymore, which is a good thing IMO!

    edit: You can still see who +rep's you if you go to 'Settings' next to the log out button at the top
