well to be honest they shouldnt be used, because if they were not allowed then everyone would be on the same playing field, however the people who do have one are now on a HUGE advantage as the SCUF is amazing, basically the product screws you over for 70 quid, just so you can be as good as everyone else ( so if they werent allowed then most people would be 70 quid better off)

clearly... who would buy a controller with no advantages ?

SCUF's are incredibly overrated and overpriced, it is seen as a necessity in competitive gaming nowadays but they don't give that much of an advantage to be honest so, yes they should be aloud if someone is stupid enough to pay $120 for a SCUF

You claim to have a scuf, and claim to have spent £200 on Astros, £155 on a PVR and £250 on gamertag changes... I'm not sure what makes you more stupid... Spending that much money on pointless shit, or your post.

this is up there with the biggest exaggeration I've ever had the pleasure to read

I've gone back and forth with my scuf and normal pad loads over the last year or so and the only minimal difference is to pull off maybe 1/2 knife kills extra a map and the occasional jump shot.

It's not hard to learn to knife on a normal pad either tbh, just got to get your mindset into thinking when to knife. When I use my normal pad my knifing is just as good, just the scuf is more convenient. and lets be honest, when you do you ever come into a situation where you genuinely need to pull off a jump shot. hardly ever

@the bit in bold I completely agree with, even if you use the SCUF you still have to respond to knife someone, I find using a normal xbox controller just as easy to knife which is why I sold my SCUF, couldn't get used to it and didn't see it give me any benefits in the long run

well i posted that because thats my opinion, and thats why " I " posted it, so when you say " It's not hard to learn to knife on a normal pad either tbh " maybe its not in your opinion that hard but in mine it is.

just keep trying. When I first teamed with DopedGoat on Black Ops I never, EVER knifed. When Doped was spectating me he would shout 'KNIFE' every time I should be knifing instead of shooting and eventually it drilled into my head (this is when I didnt have a scuf either)

Of course Scufs should be allowed at LAN, people pay money in order to improve their gameplay - if they were banned then loads of people would feel like they'd wasted their money, and Scuf would probably sell less controllers.

i never said they should did I ?

Well if Scufs weren't allowed at LAN, surely that would mean they were banned? You're asking if they should be allowed, I was stating what the alternative would be.

I spent that over like 3 years, and I do not 'claim' to own anything, I really do own it -
And I got my SCUF for £10 and since then realised it isn't worth it

Then why did you put that you bought it for £65? Stop lying fatboy
  22. Offline

    Beardo.. Captain of Chaos

lol ask @Atko if you want proof I paid £10, I put that I paid '£65' so that you would know how much it is worth in total

tbf, a performance enhancing controller for the bowlheads who can't play default/claw shouldn't be allowed

From that post, why aren't we allowed modded controllers? We would pay money to improve our gameplay?
OT i think they should but they don't give a huge advantage just a bit unfair
