Could be that the connection has come loose. Please email our support team via our website for assistance with this.

As someone has covered, this is a glitched caused by an over voltage between the Xbox 360 and the MixAmp. If you turn your voice chat down the problem will no longer persist. If it does then try loosening the hair triggers.

We are working on new ways to take payment right now. If the problem persists please get in touch.

Hey guys. Really sorry to hear that no one got back to you. Please can you email them again but this time copy me into the email, chris@scufgaming.com. I'll help you chase up your order for you.

If i want to change the analog can I open the scuf or it is dangerous ?

Just change them yourself, you'll save so much money by opening your controller up and swapping them out. Unless you've got the motor skills of a fucking zebra, you'll have no problems doing it.

Anyone got the grippy stuff on the top layer of the controller I.E the yellow, pink, or the new grey one? if so does the grip around the x y b a buttons go away? dunno how to explain it but if you double y or something you have to smash it for it to actually work.

You'll still spend a fair bit of money and time. You're risking breaking a controller that you've paid/are paying for and you won't be able to use the pad at events. Our SCUF service is extremely cheap to just get one of your own controllers modified with the SCUF features. Our basic controllers are much, much cheaper than 120€. You'll also struggle to paint them properly because the regular controller material doesn't paint well/easily so we have to use a special technique.

    We wouldn't strongly recommend it.

The postage won't be that much. As with above, you COULD do it yourself but it is a risk in itself.

Why if I order the controller from "scuf your own" , I'll pay it less ?

As you have to send your controller to them to add the things on

Their customer service and delivery times seem to have gone to complete shit as they've got bigger. Lack of staff maybe?

Delivery times are generally better than they have been. For the vast majority it's a 5-7 day affair. I'm sorry to hear that about our customer service. We are always looking to improve however.

    2 things...

Do people generally have left = A and right = B for COD?

    And

If I was to order a SCUF on Wednesday afternoon, could you guarantee that i'd get it within a week? (ie. Push the order through so I can get it before EGL?)

    shadezl0l just thumbin about

    literally can't believe people pay £70 - £100 for a controller.

Cannot guarantee it but it should be received within that time frame. We'd recommend that config for Call of Duty, Halo and Gears of War.

You can always use the SCUF Service which is much cheaper.

Why should they? People are paying the money so why are they arsed?

Firstly, dont like my comment then disagree with it.

Secondly, i'm not forking out 70-80 quid for a controller with two extra buttons. A guy has bills to pay and food is needed on the table. I'm i provider nigga. If they were cheaper, more people would buy them.

So basically you want Scuf to lower the price so you can buy it?
Everyone else buys the conntroller... they may moan about the price but look how much money they've made. There not arsed about if more people buy it. There arsed about how much money they make..
Just like EGL, there not arsed about you having a good time... There saying thank you to you when you pay 60quid on the door. EASY MONEY FOR THEM. STUFF NOWADAYS IS ABOUT MONEY.

At the end of the day, them '15' people who have liked it, 10 of them probably have a scuf. If they don't, your either poor or just tight.
SCUF'S MAIN IDEA IS TO GET MONEY. There getting it NOW.. They do not need to change the price on the market. PEOPLE ARE PAYING IT. THATS ALL THERE ARSED ABOUT
