Rosso's guide to posting in the Black Ops section

It has come to my attention recently that a great number of threads posted in this section are either duplicates, in the wrong section or just plain awful.

I have constructed this thread to address the most commonly asked questions and topics in this section.

Before posting I advise that you read Edges' post here :http://www.decerto.net/v4/index.php?threads/guide-to-decerto.10104/ which will give you a great insight into how to get started on Decerto.

You don't need to make a new thread.

Decerto is a 4v4 site too. If you are looking for 1v1's 2v2's etc, you are in the wrong place.


"Are there any one day cups today?"

Probably. Making a thread is not going to make them appear any quicker though. 1DC's will be posted as and when, be patient.

"What sensitivity do you/the top players play on?" "Inverted or non Inverted?" "Tactical or Default?"

This has been done to death. To be honest, it doesn't matter. Use what YOU are comfortable with. Good players aren't magically better than you because there is some secret sensitivity that they all play on or a magical button layout. It's all down to personal preference.

"Is a Scuf controller worth buying?"

There a multitude of threads there that will most probably answer your question, if not, the users that frequent that section will most likely be able to give you a definitive answer.

You are probably right, worth a try though eh? Even if it only stops one thread, its one less thread

I think this is what will happend to, new members will always create new threads with their own scrims.

Also, thats what the report function is for. If you think a thread is against the rules or someones post is out of order, use the report button.
