for me i've always thought papoose was sick , especially his law library series

His lyrics are really complex in most songs, mainly on his albums Music for Earthworms and Labor Days. If you listen/read the lyrics you can put some meaning together, they're deeper than they sound imo.

Yeah, never listened to much of Papoose tbh but his flow is sick..

Aesop is a don. Papoose is poo (im disappointed Daniel, but then again you like Giggs :] ) and Immortal Technique is sick.

Dumping some real rap that I like. Haven't listened to much Rap music in the past few years so most of the stuff I like is pretty old. Don't hate me for liking mainstream rap too. =]

Immortal Technique just isn't very good at all. I mean, his lyrics are ok, but anyone that has studied a couple years of English can throw a few metaphors together and make them rhyme. His actual rapping ability leaves a lot to be desired. He has a couple of decent songs though.

I'm not a huge fan of rap at all but Eminem live was one of the best concerts I've ever been to,mainly for this moment.The climax of a festival and to see about 50000 people all glowing that late at night,it was a proper "I was there" moment.

He's far from sold out. There is only so much of the same material you can do. His music evolved a lot in his new album but he's still the same guy that he was in the beginning.

Lupe is one of the most genuine artists around today. His new album will be just a soulful as the rest imo

I really hope so. I like Hip Hop saved my life, but im not sure on Im Beamin. I always assume Lupe's lyrics will say something profound. In Im Beamin theyre far from stand out. Its only my initial opinion obviously and ill be getting/immersing myself in his album all the same.

Only biggie song I like is big poppa, only rap I ever listen to anymore is old school stuff as this autotune ****e thats mainstream is getting worse n worse.
