I'm 16 and I am a healthy weight, I'm gonna start hitting the gym with a few of my mates and I was looking for someone to recommend me some cheap protein shake stuff. I want it to build me up (muscle wise not weight wise) as I feel as if i don't to put on weight so yeah, post links or something.

im at school aswell, this is what i use i will have a look for some cheaper stuff on that website but really if you want to look for cheaper supplements you will just have to look thrugh different websites and see what they offer
http://www.myprotein.com/uk/products/impact_whey_protein not sure what the difference is as i havent looked into it completely but this is a different type of whey protein
yes... it's not like you're going to eat a fuck load, and not do anything is it? Obviously, you're wanting to get big, so eat a lot, and work hard. It will build into muscle if you eat a lot more than you already do (bulking) and work out. think about it
First things first, it is impossible to build you up muscle without putting on weight, kinda contradict each other. Secondly I'd advice whey protein alone post workout and a 200mg caffeine pill pre-workout just to give you that extra boost during your workout. Ive tried the whole creatine thing and didnt suit me, not only because of my slight allergy and but because of the ideology around it about drinking a lot of water and the fact that a lot of it is retained in the muscle. Not that its bad but it doesn't appeal to me. Received my whey protein and creatine today but im a little bit confused on how much of the whey i should be taking and how regularly....... i weigh about 150 pounds and im obviously trying to bulk up
literally is no hope in this section anymore brb build muscle but not put on weight brb buy products, dont know how to use
hope that wasn't directed at me lol. If so, where in my post did i say i didn't know how to use the stuff? i just asked for advice on how often i should use it and how much...... nice +1 though, mite get some likes
Just take it as much as u want too. Reason why I take it to make sure I get enough protein imo 1gram/lbs
just track what your eating, have like 2 50g protein shakes daily. and eat like 2,600 cal aday at least. im on 3,500
If you're using creatine, MAKE SURE you read the back of it, because you have to stop having it for like a week then you can go back on it, you cant have it all the time because your body produces creatine and it'll stop if it doesnt think it needs to produce it anymore if you get me.
