Progression update, brb disappointed. Fucked myself over by accidently doing a cal defect, now clawing back all that was lost. Gaining 1lb a week consistently. Started skinny fat, now I'm just skinny and a little more toned. fml Overall, I'm disappointed with my progression but I've seen considerable strength gains. Me 5 months ago, have progressed quite alot since then, will update with a new pic in a month or so Also current lifts are Bench Press 3 sets of 60kg, DL changes alot but max is 130, and not sure about max squat but do 3 sets on 60kg, all sets i do for around 8 reps
most recent pic, in semi-god mode lighting (couldnt get whole back illuminated), had front pic at the time but i deleted it. EDIT: just took one. Okay so not sure if i ever posted the start of this cut's pics, but day 1: (artifacts r us) Recent ones (think the back pic was maybe saturday, front pic just now) Still bit chub, have 4 weeks at least left cutting atm. Dont really like front-side on pics because its pretty much cheating. Also I cannot flex tri and didnt wanna retake. Stats before cut 87kg 170/220/120/80 sq/dl/bp/ohp Currently ~81kg estimated stats, probably similar to above, all were couple % below 1rms I think.

These pics are gonna be good for when you look back in a couple years. Eat everything. Would kinda like to be in your position atm, your squat deadlift and bench can accelerate so quickly right now. Smash it.
