Anyone know any decent exercises?

Do a decline bench sit up with a weight in your hands
cant remember the name but its kills me lay straight legs up 6 inches, lift neck/head up to look at your toes and hold it.
most of these are good, but you need to get like really low body fat to see your bottom abs
