the only reason WGL is bad is becuase @M3lm0th runs it. @Serial_II please be quiet, you aren't helping yourself. who cares if the teams are bad, surely you should be happy that the opposition is easier to beat

M3lm0th has great job with the i45, plus he a great leader and such nice person to know you must bear in mind guys most of the teams that when for the WGL that this was there first lan event, that be said i know most so the big teams have been there before. think some at decerto here misunderstand what the WGL is all about where one big network of clans which has loads of fun and enjoyment playing each other. on that note i would more than welcome any clan for decerto to come to the WGL and judge for self it great friendly place am sure you all would enjoy it the game modes/leagues etc... thanxs for reading Sarge out...
<3 M3lm0th Awesome event and yeah i think a few Wgl teams got shocked but its a completely different attitude for them tbh. Some of them were sour about it originally but talking to them over the weekend they have just come to love the talent and skill of the decerto players they were facing. Some new fans for competitive e-sports and that can only be a good thing

Tbh you can bitch about how shit all the teams from The WGL were ....but they went up against Pro teams and some of the best players that Europe have to offer and im sure most of the people on Decerto get spanked by the likes of Gotaga,Swanny and Tommey to name a few

@WGL players please don't take this thread to heart, we have 26,000 members and a couple of them saying 'you are shit, this team is rubbish, decerto> wgl' I really wouldn't worry about. Without your attendance at this event it would have been around half. This article was only created as a talking point for people. No one from Decerto staff as I've seen you post on WGL hates your players or thinks anything of you. We would love to have you come to EGL , Reflex and BoA if you guys would be up for it. I'll hopefully be reaching out to you guys at some point in the future.
@Challis @vT Mayhem not only do I think Mayhem is a talented player, but his team are some of the soundest lads I have ever met! On the otherhand, didn't you place last your first event and T64 your second? You have no reason to slag off any team in the WGL.
a few questions/points, no one starts of pro everyone has start some where do they not ? as i was not i45 my self but i have heard nothing but only good stuff about the decerto teams that where friendly bunch guys/girls and we more glad to any team in the WGL from decerto, cant always judge a book by it cover WGL as some real great players you have remember teams that they play at i45 where some best teams in eupore and from what see like of tec + vt which from the WGL holed there own in snd. so all am asking is do not judge unless you really know us me my self i got but respected what guys do here at decerto i understand a small few not like us but i will not judge you for that as you do not even know us yet... thanxs for read sarge out
right, the arguing and shitty community comparisons need to stop between all. this weekend was great! full credit to WGL, @M3lm0th and the rest involved. the tournament was ran with pretty much minimal problems and they are all great people who deserve a round of applause the WGL teams were all great, chilled and nice people. just because they aren't as good as the top Decerto teams doesnt mean anyone should start criticising them, both need to work together, not against each other as future iSeries events are going to be great. ask anyone who's first iSeries event this was, and i can pretty much guarantee everyone enjoyed it
can confirm, been a quality event. Hammers, Tuna, few proph players and yourself have all been sound as. Definitely returning for i46. More teams should buy BYOC tickets though instead of TUP, worth the money!
Well I'm a WGL player, Sort of new to decerto (been playing for about 3 to 5 months) Got slapped in the group stages by the likes of Mythix and Roughnex and its my first LAN I've played in. I've got to say even though I got ripped a new one, I've got total respect to all the DE teams and the ones in my group. It was fun and I've definitely got the "LAN bug" and looking forward to future LAN events, I'm quite sure i45 is going to make both communities stronger as I'm sure more WGL teams will want to scrim with the DE rule set. Also not to fussed I got beat, I came LAN for the experience and the beer
