    Depends what you consider successful. Successful in this instance could be a team that sticks together. Regardless, you don't need to have done something yourself to have some insight on it, or even be an expert.

    Like marsh said success is different for everyone, or the sense of achievement. For yourselves its winning money/everything even though you dont do that any more. For others its just about being fairly successful, whether thats the odd top4, or staying together for a set amount of time. Not everybody can be the best, someone has to be the dirt on peoples shoes
