HELP! Gaining weight/muscle mass

    i am 15 im 5 foot 7 and around 7 and a half stone and I want to gain my musle mass. what shall I do?

    High carbs and protein diet + training. If your not too concent on bodybuilding, basically eat whatever you want, but with the extra carbs; bread, pasta, rice etc, prot; chicken, steak, TUNA etc :)
