Far to much tbh. 3 days a week is enough, you need to allow gaps for muscle repair etc. I'll post my routine and pictures up later.

are you sure we arent talking pounds here , that would be more like 20 k which is a lot more believable, trust me 45KG for a dumbell curl is monster
Protein shakes make me gag, so I usually don't consume A sufficient amount, I make up for by having a high protein diet ie Fish,Meats and Nurishments.
