I think he will stay at Arsenal tbh I remember him saying before that Arsenal's plans didn't match his ambition but they've signed three good players, apparently Lucas is joining PSG as well he isn't worth 30 million anyway plus it seems like his agent wants a big signing on fee similar to the Hazard situation.
