Paypal is a guaranteed payment methid the same as credit card. if any fraud takes place the money is refunded back into the account or card within 7 days. paypal is regulated and insured the same as a credit card.

At least he posted, which at least shows he's acknowledging the situation now. However what you posted doesn't clear any doubt people have, you need to set a date for when payment will be made or at least give a rough guideline.
