This weekend we will see the European Esports Event hold it's first event in Sweden, Stockholm. Sadly none of the Decerto coverage team will be there however we still be covering the event from home and bringing you the games streamed through our Decerto Live service on Youtube, found HERE. Unlike previous events in the last year or so, EEE doesn't look like it is going to get the greatest of turnouts with only a total of 12 teams confirmed to attend the event. Looking on the bright side of things this may be give some of the lesser known teams to break through and show what they're made of, potentially walking away with £600 out of a total of £1200 as well as energy drink provided by their sponsor Monster. We've still done a prediction thread, albeit a smaller one than usual, check out who we think will go big this weekend! 1st Place - Pain Gaming ALoNso GoobzTT sTaXx MeThodZ Only recently exploding onto the Decerto scene at BoA, we have predicted them to place 1st place at EEE. They had a great first impression at their first EU event by taking down eventual 2nd place finishers Team Infused in the group stages. Pain ended up finishing 7th to 8th at the event, which shows they have greater potential at this event especially with not that many teams attending. As long as they can repeat the performance we saw at BoA throughout the EEE event, then they will comfortably take 1st place. 2nd Place - Lions Lomme Angel Andey Heggem This team hasn't had much success at the larger events despite showing a lot of potential online. They have consistently failed at large scale events. With the low amount of teams and ultimately less competition at EEE, they can defiantly get to the final and maybe win the event. The team has only recently been dropped from the organisation Team Foreign after the organisation dropped all console teams, despite this they've been quickly snapped up by Lions, whether this will effect the teams performance is still questionable but with the experience the team has got, the change shouldn't cause too much of a problem. 3rd Place - SkLite.SWE Zebbe Annti VirreX Henkie Our 3rd place predication is going to be SkLite.SWE. Despite being seeded 5th behind Pain, Infensus, Lions and RoughNex, the team has a lot of experience with the likes of Virrex in the squad. The team will be representing the organisation Skitlite Gaming who is yet to have win an event in the community, could this be the organisations first CoD event win? Dark Horse Team - Frosty Penguins Ellie 2G StuffyShelf7 Off1cer Naughty Init1ate This decision was a hard one, pretty much every team attending can be considered for this place but Frosty Penguins are the team that can cause the most upset. A lot of big names are not attending this event and the chance for other teams to win an event is better than ever, teams such as the three above and others such are Infensus are the most popular but this team has had a lot of success on the PS3. With two of the players previously winning ECL2 and ECL3, these are the obvious choice and have a lot of potential to cause an upset. The next FR perhaps? - Decerto Live will be covering the event ALL weekend as Ainsley 'Sleh' Escore-Jones, Oliver 'ReL' Whitfield, Chris 'Tunny' Tunn and special guests bring all the action from Sweden streamed to your home. We'll also we updating Decerto the best we can over the weekend with links to the stream, results and information on the event. All games will be streamed from www.youtube.com/DecertoHD. Please follow Decerto on Twitter for the latest news, articles and media!
