Put it short, mines fucked don't know how, it led from watching Family guy late at night then just progressed untill im up at 4:45 making a thread on decerto. I would like to know a different way to sort this out, im pretty much missing half of the day as I wont wake until 3-4 pm because I would of attempted to do an all-nighter to reset it (I've done it so many times I seriously think its broken) then fall asleep at like 7. So yeah, if anyone else is doing this, post. Discuss. and I cba to search too see if theres all ready a thread. MEEEEEEEEEEEEE LOL mines always fucked when im off on holidays.. just sitting up late at night on xbox and talking to people.. One way to get your sleeping pattern back in order is to do an all-nighter and go to bed the next day at 9-10 and wake up the next day at 10ish and just keep that going.
Always end up saying about 1-2ish 'Yeah one more refresh on the misc and I am off to bed' and here we are.
sick program. just stay awake for like fucking ages, then fall asleep at like 11/12(what ever time you need to sleep) then you should be okay. Works for me, but I don't need to care 'cause I don't go out till like 5/6 everyday, so I'm in bed till like 4. Try it doe Cody, may work. <3
mines been fucked ever since the holiday started, just got back from spain and even there I couldnt sleep until like atleast 4 in the morning
went to bed at 4.30, woke up at 8 too. :/ been up since then, showered and ready even though i'm still fucked.
Just get to into bed a few hours earlier than normal, you may have to lie there for a bit but just relax and you will eventually drop off. Then get up earlyish so that next time you need to sleep you are tired. Don't do it on a day you are doing nothing or you will end up having a nap during the day which means back to square 1.
Have an all-nighter at some point, then the next night go to sleep at a reasonable time as you'll be tired. Think of it as resetting your body clock lol. You'll have to eventually do it again but not for a while really.
just stay awake all night and sleep at about 9, then set your alarm for a reasonable time and get up.
Going sleep earlier never works you just lie there watching shit tele and still wake up late again even if you set your alarm. You wake up and like OMG so tired cannot move just close eyes again... 2 hours later shit look at the time!! Oh still so sleepy ill just close my eyes again... shit another 2 hours later you get up. It might sound scruffy but sleep in your clothes in a weird position on your bed like the opposite way around or something. You wake up later and don't feel tired as much as when your properly in bed and usually you've only had like 4-5 hours and you feel fine then that night you'll feel tired at a normalish time then you can sleep and wake up at a reasonable time. Yeah yeah its scruffy sleeping in our clothes but don't bash it till you've tried it to sort your sleeping out.
Going to sleep early is the worst possible thing. Just get a few hours/no sleep. I've had to fix my pattern for loads of stupid shifts and it works every time. Ofc you won't be able to cut your sleep if you have no willpower.
