eat less then your maintanance calories
Ride your bike to the bakery everyday and buy at least 4 breads.
Make sure to take a recyclable bag to carry the breads in whilst riding dat dere bike.
Eat a minimum of 12 slices a day.
Oh and wear a v neck.
